Ash started working for RACCE as student organizer. He led a campaign that secured gender-neutral bathrooms in the Waterbury Public Schools and is now working to hold the district accountable in implementing the policy.  Currently Ash attends college and is one of the lead organizers on addressing school safety and climate while also reducing police and policing in schools.
